the right to collect and use information in accordance with its
Online Privacy Policy.
TERMINATION
This agreement shall remain in force and effect until terminated
by Horton. In the event of termination of this Agreement, restrictions
imposed upon you by this Agreement, including all disclaimers, waivers,
releases and limitations of liability, shall survive. |
